Orange County Public Schools is rezoning the neighborhoods near Maguire Road in Ocoee, Florida in order to build a relief school for Lake Whitney Elementary and Thornebrooke Elementary Schools. This Blog is designed to help parents understand the plans presented by the County to the School Board. The new school will open in less than a year. Ground has been broken, the foundation is being laid and the plan is to have the new school built and open to students for the fall 2008-2009 school year.
